So I bought an Alienware 15 R2 that arrived this week.
The configuration included a 1TB Samsung 951.
Crystal Disk Mark has me at 800 read and 700 write.

Clearly something has to be wrong.
I checked Device Manager and it has Intel Chipset SATA RAID Controller instead of the Samsung NVME controller.
I downloaded the Samsung Driver Installer and said NVME device not found.

Also the boot configuration is in Raid instead of AHCI for some reason.
What can I do to fix this? Do I need to do a clean installation and if so what would I be losing in terms of the factory software and drivers?
